Trojan Estates Limited operates a structured project management environment on all Projects, Construction and Developments. We are a compliant Prince 2 Company with all projects run according to the Prince 2 methodology of project management. All our technical and support staff are trained in the adoption and use of the methodology, with a prerequisite for them to attain certification alongside their other technical certifications and expertise.

He is a visionary and passionate Leader who is driven by the dream that affordable housing can one day be provided for all. He started his career with Ecobank Nigeria Plc. as a banker from where he changed careers to be one of the founding members of Ocean and Oil Services Limited, an Oil & Gas Trading Company, where he served in several managerial capacities in the operations/shipping department and later rose to be the General Manager and Head of Trading Desk. Trojan Estates Limited was borne out of his keen interest in transforming real estate ideas & concepts into reality in a manner that delivers value to the client and end-user and visually transforms the space. He plays a primary role in most aspects of the business from idea generation & concept development to design & execution and quality control and on-going management.

He is an alumnus of Harvard Graduate School of Design and has a first degree (combined social sciences) in Politics, History and Economics from the University of Manchester U.K. Mr. Tinubu is a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria.

Steven has over 40 years’ experience as a qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer & Cost Engineer with additional certified expertise in Civil Construction techniques, Water and Sanitation, and Project Management. He is responsible for formulation and implementation of the construction strategy and methodology to support and deliver project and contract goals. He has worked in various roles such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Chief Resident Engineer, Technical Director leading various projects such as Small Towns Water Supply & Sanitation Program, Design & Execution of FGN water projects in Enugu, Detailed design of electrical and power installation of military airports, as well a design and construction of housing communities in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Steven’s experience, level of expertise and dedication in invaluable to the Trojan Estates Team.

Emmanuel is a Chartered Accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). As the Finance Controller of Trojan Estates Ltd, he is responsible for financial strategy development and execution, integration of operational and financial measures for organisational growth and profitability. He has had an exceptional career spanning over a decade in senior management roles in numerous organisations driving business performance through bespoke financial solutions.

Mr. Uwukhor, holds a BSc and an MSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the Lagos Business School. He has also attended the Senior Management Program of the Lagos Business School.

Mr. Uwukhor brings onboard Trojan Estates Limited his invaluable wealth of financial management experience and keen eye on detail.

Alexi is an Architect with over 31 years’ experience in Design, Building and Construction Finishing. As the Chief Project development officer for Trojan Estates Ltd, he ensures quality assurance, offers building design consultations and timely execution of construction projects. Alexi has accomplished various notable residential and public projects in Russia, Lebanon, Sudan and Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Architecture Moscow, Russia and is a member of the Lebanese Engineers & Architects Syndicate. His skills and experience range from Project Management, Finishing Manager, Advisor in works execution, Management of work yards, execution of Turn Key Project, Recommendation & selection of project and finishing materials to Restoration & Renovation and Interior decoration. His passion and dedication to exceptional quality standards are evident in aspects of the Company’s operations and services.

Nora is the Human Resources Manager for Trojan Estates Limited. Before assuming her current role, Nora has worked in various industries and capacities, gathering over 10 years of experience in employee relations and staff support services.

Her role in Trojan is to provide high quality work standards for employees at all levels within the organization.

Nora is CIPM certified and holds an MBA and Postgraduate diploma in Business Management from the University of Calabar, Nigeria.
