There are three different types that are available to all.
- Off Plan Payments
- Structured Payments
- Lump sum payments (Individual or by Mortgage)
- Obtain/Download an application form
- Complete the form indicating your preferred home type
- Sign an offer letter, indicating payment option and other terms of sale
- Submit bank draft, cheque or electronic transfer in favour of Trojan Estates Limited
- Allocation of units will be done upon full and final payment.
