He leads the entire Trojan Estates Team. He is the principal strategist and business development executive of the Company. He is also the chief image-maker of Trojan Estates, responsible for strategic business alliances and joint venture responsibilities within the company. He is also responsible for identifying and nourishing business relationships through various networks.
He oversees the development and execution of business development, marketing/sales, policies, customer relations, operations management strategies, planning and supporting budgets. He also ensures that Trojan Estates is continually able to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees.
A seasoned administrator, Mr. Tinubu started his career with Ecobank Nigeria Plc. Prior to Trojan Estates he was one of the founding members of Ocean and Oil Services Limited, where he served in several managerial capacities in the operations/shipping department and later rose to be General Manager as well as Head of Trading Desk.
He is an Alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Design [AMDP] program and has a first degree (combined social sciences) in Politics, History and Economics.
Responsible for leading, planning, executing, and the overall management of all development projects for Trojan Estates, which encompasses client servicing, contract negotiations, cost estimating, budget preparation, tracking of project performances, and monitoring of team dynamics; while bringing to the fore his wide-ranging experience in planning, designing, detailing, and coordination of multi‐disciplinary teams and projects for the company at large.
For over a decade, Femi worked with Popham Walter Odusote Limited and Sahara Group, in addition to about half that time with other design/build firms, where he has honed his skills in the provision of Front End Engineering Designs (FEED) and Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) services in the oil/gas servicing, design and construction industries.
He has a graduate degree in Architecture, with professional training in Project Management, and is also a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria
He is responsible for identifying, evaluating and qualifying value adding real estate business opportunities for Trojan Estates. He is also responsible for developing strategies and plans to successfully manage the pursuit of qualified opportunities.
He started his career at Fidelity Bank Plc in the Financial Control & Corporate Development where he was responsible for statutory reporting, bank compliance and market research to provide support for branch network development and expansion.
Prior to joining Trojan Estates he worked for several organisations including Alitheia Capital and Legacy Realties Ltd where he was Vice President (real estate) & Head Finance & Treasury Team respectively. His most recent employment was as the founding chief operating officer of Transcorp Properties Limited, where he led the efforts for the expansion the Transcorp Hilton hotel, Abuja and the acquisition of new sites for the development of new Hilton hotels proposed across Nigeria.
He has a first degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the Lagos Business School. He has attended several courses locally and abroad on real estate development and finance.
He is responsible for Treasury operations. Emmanuel ensures that treasury tools are used optimally in structuring Trojan’s financial requirements
He started his career as a staff accountant over 13 years ago with Ernst and Young and later joined Ocean and Oil Services Ltd, now Oando Trading where he rose to the position of Accountant before he joined Trojan Estates Limited
He has a B.Sc and M.Sc degree in Chemistry from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an Associate member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered)
